SPP&T is a SEI Partner for SCAMPI and the Intro to the CMMI course. SPP&T has a client base that is International and
includes clients in the USA, Japan, Brazil, India, China, and Singapore. Let us

· CMMI Appraisals
- We are fully authorized by the Software Engineering Institutre as a SEI Partner to conduct CMMI SCAMPI Appraisals (Capability Maturity Model Integrated, Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement) for your software, hardware, and systems engineering needs.
- Synchro PP&T is also fully authorized by the SEI to provide High Maturity SCAMPI appraisals for level 4 and level-5. It is now required that all level-4 and level-5 SCAMPI appraisals must only be conducted by lead appraisers that have demonstrated competency in high maturity principles by passing a rigorous exam by the SEI.
· Process Consulting
- We use the IDEALsm Model, which is a proven method for infusing your process improvement activities into your organization. We have many years of successful experience performing CMMI-based process improvement in all engineering development environments. To do it on your own means overcoming the many mistakes a novice may make, which extends the time to complete your implementation or as it sometimes happens, destroy your initiative all together. Using our consulting services helps ensure "smooth sailing!"
· Process Training
- Synchro PP&T offers a full set of process related training to further your understanding of the "what and how" of using your processes. We are fully authorized to teach the official SEI Introduction to CMMI, V1.2.
