New Products and Services at Synchro PP&T:
Many new services are now available from our partnership with the SEI. SPP&T offers all the support you need for your high maturity needs regarding CMMI levels 4 and 5. This includes Certified High Maturity SCAMPI V1.2 appraisals and associated High Maturity Training and Consulting.
We are authorized to teach the new Services Supplement for Intro to CMMI V1.2 (CMMI-SVC) Course and to conduct CMMI-SVC V1.2 SCAMPI Appraisals.
Make sure your SCAMPI lead appraiser is Certified by the SEI ! To be certified, you must pass the certification exam by the SEI.

SPP&T is a SEI Partner for SCAMPI and the Intro to the CMMI course. SPP&T has a client base that is International and
includes clients in the USA, Japan, Brazil, India, China, and Singapore. Let us
support your process improvement initiative by offering:
· CMMI Appraisals
- We are fully authorized and by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) as a SEI Partner to conduct CMMI SCAMPI Appraisals (Capability Maturity Model Integrated, Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement) for your software, hardware, and systems engineering needs.
- Synchro PP&T is fully authorized by the SEI to provide High Maturity SCAMPI V1.2 appraisals for level 4 and level-5. It is now required that all level-4 and level-5 SCAMPI appraisals must only be conducted by certified lead appraisers that have demonstrated competency in high maturity principles by passing a rigorous exam by the SEI. This certification also covers appraisals for levels 2 and 3.
- Synchro PP&T is fully authorized by the SEI to provide CMMI-SVC SCAMPI V1.2 appraisals for organizations that may or may not focus on engineering development, but may have the need for a focus on services. It is required that all CMMI-SVC SCAMPI appraisals must only be conducted by certified lead appraisers that have demonstrated competency in this model by passing the certification exam by the SEI.

- We use the IDEALsm Model, which is a proven method for infusing your process improvement activities into your organization. We have many years of successful experience performing CMMI-based process improvement in all engineering development environments. To do it on your own means overcoming the many mistakes a novice may make, which extends the time to complete your implementation or as it sometimes happens, destroy your initiative all together. Using our consulting services helps ensure "smooth sailing!"
- We have a full range of consulting services that cover your high maturity needs. Are you sure you are implementing the high maturity concepts correctly regarding process performance objectives, baselines, models, etc.? We offer on-site consulting and training to ensure you do it right!
